This is the fourth installment of the incredibly popular among tycoon games about real estate management, Build a Lot. It brings back the same stimulating game-play as its predecessors but revolves round the central theme of energy efficiency. You would be playing an architect whose primary job is to advise mayors on ways of making the town and its neighborhood more comfortable. The basic objective of this fun game is to train workers and order materials to build houses shops, services, etc as well ensure that there is enough energy supply by constructing Wind Farms, Solar Towers or Nuclear Reactors. If you run low on energy, the whole township gets shrouded in darkness and you would not be able to earn rental income during this time. There are ways of upgrading the constructed buildings with energy savers or fancy interior décor. Apart from residential houses, units such as the Bakery, Cinema, Grocery Store and Boutique also generate a lot of income. The game has four main campaigns: Main, Tutorial, Challenge and Expert. Completing the main campaign unlocks the challenges which ultimately give way to the expert levels for hard-core build-a-lot addicts. There are a whooping 68 levels in the game and keeping a watch over the Power Meter is the key to success. Building types like the Workshop, the Tech Center, the Recycle Center or the Business Center introduces a variety of advantages and makes room for plenty of strategic applications. The game is hugely addicting with new goals for every level and additional goals that appear in the midst of a level. It is one of the finest casual games and an engaging one at the same time.
